By accessing or using interviewgrill.online ("Platform"), operated by Imperial Labs ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement under the IT Act, 2000.
All content on this Platform — including but not limited to the AI character designs, scoring rubrics, question frameworks, UI design, branding, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Imperial Labs, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal practice only. You may share your verdict card on social media for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Imperial Labs.
Content you submit during sessions (pitch summaries, interview responses, voice input) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Imperial Labs a limited licence to process it for the purpose of running your simulation and improving our AI systems (in anonymised, aggregated form). We will not share your individual session content with third parties without your consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Imperial Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Imperial Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve any particular result in an examination or interview.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, unused paid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion. You may also stop using the Platform at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
For consumer disputes, users may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or file a complaint via the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000).
